Welcome to avika. We offer digital health solutions, including avika Essentials and avika Wellness (Base and Pro), designed to enhance mental health and well-being. This policy page outlines the terms and conditions under which users (referred to as "you") can use our services.
Terms of Service
- Usage: By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Subscription Packages: We offer different subscription packages for avika Essentials. These are set a lot levels. You will end up buying lots of 25, 50 and 100 patients. For each lot that you buy, avika is offering a bonus (appropriate number of extra credits will be given for each lot)
- Pricing and Payment: Prices for our services are as stated on the communication you would have received from our official email address. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (a third party payment platform)
Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect very less personal information necessary to provide our services. The only information we need at this point in time is the mobile number of the patient. This is to ensure that they can download the application and we can send notifications (notifications is optional). There is no other personal information like Name, Address, Health related data that we are capturing at this point in time.
- Data Use: Information collected is used solely for service provision and improvement.
- Data Protection: We implement various security measures to protect your patient’s information. We are leveraging the capabilities of cloud providers like AWS to take up security aspects of the deployment
Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: Our subscription services are currently on an annual basis with an ability to discontinue after the year. We are looking at offering quarterly and half yearly subscription options too in the near future
- Products: For our avika Wellness Pro, there is a headset that the user (hospital) needs to have. This headset will be provided by avika. Within the first year of usage, should there be any defect with the headset, we will replace it. Furthermore, other necessary equipment like a laptop, mobiles, Wi-Fi connections will be existing hospital property only. avika as a platform does not provide any additional hardware.
Discounts and Promotions
- Eligibility: For the initial launch of the platform, and for early birds we are looking at substantial discounts. The decision will be made on a case-case basis during the sales cycle. Please reach out to us at connect@avika.ai for discounts and promotions related conversations
- Redemption: We intend to keep the process for redemption of discounts very simple. The agreed percentage discount will be applied at the overall price level and the pricing page will reflect the same before you can make a purchase
Licensing and Usage
- One-Time Fee: For avika Wellness Pro, there will be a one time fee to ensure that the device (headset for VR) is procured, software is installed, training given and the entire Virtual Reality therapy setup is up and running in the clinic.
- Annual License: The annual license fee for both avika Essentials and avika Wellness is for newer content that is uploaded to the platform and on-going maintenance. We, at avika, will provide contact information (on email and phone) for any support related activities that will be covered as a part of the annual license. We do not take up any proprietary experiences development for the hospitals. All experiences will be available for all users of the avika platform
Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to make any changes to the policy. Any substantial changes will be notified to the users of the platform via email communication
